paulfmco from WA Member Since: 11/23/2002 View Member's: Reviews	I have been ordering from this company for 2 years to supply ink and toner to the company I am the IT administrator for, spending on average $250.00/mo.Prior to April the prices were decent and cust service was mediocre, with average wait times on hold, however they usually resolved any issue with no problem., however they redesigned their website in April, and things have gone down hill ever since.Credit card billing/shipping mismatches,not crediting the proper discount code when billing the credit card, and extensive hold times, even disconnects after waiting on hold for 13 min.The product quality has been decent on toner, inkjet refills, is hit and miss, but when you can get hpld of cust service, they generally stand by the product.I'll have to think hard about using them again.I finally got thru to cust svc on this order, after 2 20 min hold times 2 days ago, with me giving up after the second time, one disconnect after 13 min on hold this AM, and finally a real person after 10 min	Overall Rating
