Although my order was initially processed quickly and efficiently it turned into an absolute nightmare. Goods arrived in a shoddy, substandard condition, with no UK plug, and had clearly been used before. To make it worse, customer service (and i use that term broadly), were near impossible to contact and I am still waiting form my money back 2 months later |

Be very careful about this company. They are registered in Uk but are based in Thailand. They are slow to process your orders and impossible to contact. They do not have any customer services kills at all and you will, like me be very disapointed. Use someone reputable in UK instead. |

Extremley fabolous prices though payment transaction takes a while and customers may need to restart the transaction process again which's a bit worrying. |

Ordered 3 samsung 50" plasma's on the 15 Dec 2009. Have now been told there out of stock untill after the new year! but before I ordered I confirmed they had them in stock. Called many times now was told i would get a call back every time. Have not yet had 1 phone call or 1st audio visual. Now closed till the 4th Jan....DO NOT USE!!!!!!! |

(Edited December 14th by paulhod1) very poor!.i never received my tv after 10 days.it had been lost in transit and then they said it has been delivered which was a worry.then it was lost again and then finally they told me it was out of stock. convenient seeing as though the price had gone up by £100 and was still advertised as in stock.i got a refund and went somewhere else.the joys of buying online. i'll stick to sites that dont use third party couriers too cos they both blamed each other for the mix up |
