No problems. Price was great, item was in stock, packed well and shipped promptl. Excellent!!! They delivered the product as advertised with super-fast delivery. I cannot imagine any way they could have done any better. Terrific job!! |

Called and double checked if they can get me a Fujitsu scanner that they had advertised on Pricegrabber as "in stock" and had lowest price.. They said yes. I placed the order. 5 days later, no news. I call them to see why I haven't received my scanner which I needed desparately.
They lie and say we cancelled your order because your credit card didn't go through. A complete lie. And they say we don't have the item in stock any more. Nobody ever called or emailed me to let me know that.

"I am blown away by my experience. I ordered a HP notebook at 2pm on Thursday and had it on my doorstep (and w/free shipping) by 11am Friday morning! my item was packaged very well, and all with green materials. the prices can't be beat...I looked! I am super impressed and will definitely search here for any items I may want in the future! |

I placed an order for two HP tablets on Tuesday April 19th, and paid for 2 day FedEx delivery service. Sales rep assured me that they have product in stock and it will be delivered no later than Friday 22nd. I was going overseas on Monday 25th so I needed the product by the morning of that day at the latest. Package didn't arrived by Friday, so I called to 2020pc on Saturday, around noon. Customer service rep told me that they closed on Saturday, and he can't help me with my question or tracking the package, even thought the message on answering machine says that they are open on Saturdays 10am to 4pm. While I was gone, my neighbor received the package on Wednesday 27th, and he told me that shipping invoice was dated Monday 25th. So, not only that they shipped it five days after I ordered it, they also shipped it via FedEx ground, but still charged me for 2 day air shipping. Very unprofessional. I would not recommend this seller. |

I ordered a Canon DR 2020u scanner advertised at Google Shopping $531 + $20 shipping and no tax. I ordered it a week ago. At the website a drop down menu for shipping came up and there was no selection for $20 shipping. I ordered and then called their office. The rep said they would adjust my credit card charge to reflect the $20 shipping. Then I noticed that they also charged me for sales tax. I called and was told they always charge sales tax in CA. I said they advertised no sales tax. I was told I should decline the delivery and they would redo the order with no sales tax but I would have to wait 3-5 weeks. I did not have that time plus I was under time pressure and needed the scanner so I went with them. I was told I could send a complaint to someone in sales name Mark and emailed him. He never got back to me. I emailed again and was told that to get the $551 deal I should have emailed or called them. Here's what they sent me: Sorry, Item was rejected by warehouse, Possible damage, None in stock , Please choose a different item as replacement , or advise to cancel the order. we can ship your order from Fujitsu there is $38.59 shipping and handling for this order On their website they advertised free shipping. This felt like bait and switch to me and I canceled the order, but only after dealing with their weird response: We did you a service , leting you know , the item was rejected from our warehouse. Sound like , you are accepting to ship the one we have available . ( We advise you that , the item is rejected by our quality control. ) We will ship asap . I can overlook typos, spelling errors, and poor grammar but not when it comes to someone potentially billing me for something I didn't approve. If I hadn't responded quickly who knows what they would've actually done. |

Very pleasant ordering experience, which is refreshing compared to other online retailers. It took at most 5 minutes to pick an item, setup an account, and check out. Was not bothered by any repeated questions to add items, etc. Very smooth! |

The are unprofessional,rude and just a plain disgust to deal with. I am in hte process of reportign them to Consumer Affairs and Dept. of Trade. Its like they tell you in your face we are going to rob you! DO NOT USE this company ..for anything ! They want charge me for orders that they didn't get my approval for and have not even process and they now they say "WE will be taking $64 from my refund" What refund ??? I never approved any orders why am I being refunded if i was not suposed to be charged Good luck tryin to talk to them. You ask a question their response is pay me $$$ How long does shipping take ? Their response: shipping will be $87 am ok ..How long is the Shipping Their response: "Either you pay $87 Shipping or Pick up your order in California" Are you for real!Terrible company , Terrible staff! Stay away ! |
