I was a little skeptical at first but was so frustrated with my XBOX that I had nothing to lose. It was out of warranty and I didn't trust Microsoft to fix MINE. FYI, you don't get yours back from Microsoft, you get whatever they send you. I don’t want someone else’s that was dropped, kicked, wet or whatever. I bought mine new and know the history of it. I heard the horror stories of people sending their XBOX back to Microsoft and getting back another POS, after weeks and weeks of waiting. It happened to my cousin and he had to send it back again. Took 7 weeks to get it, the first time, and it was DOA. Sent it back again and the 2nd one worked but took 4 weeks to get that one. So is it worth it to be without your XBOX for, up to, 11 weeks? Not to me. Being local I took a ride out to them, they knew what it was and fixed it in a half hour. I got it back with an upgraded fan and a 90 day warranty. So far so good. |

What a continued disappointment. We spent $40.00+ on shipping, with clear instructions that the point where the power cord was to go in, had been accidentally shoved in and we needed it fixed. They communicated back there was nothing wrong. I spoke to the salesperson regarding that there was no way there was nothing wrong because it wouldn’t even plug in to be turned on. I was then informed that they were sitting in front of it right then and it worked perfectly fine. They then asked if we wanted it shipped back unfixed, they confirmed they had done nothing to it because " the unit is working perfectly fine". At that point, I asked customer service to again confirm, and I again explained what the problem was and had done so on other occasions as well, they again confirmed it worked fine. I told them so when we get it back it will work for us. They said yes it would. It's still broke. The service you claim to provide is great, too bad that's not what we received. |

I just received my repaired PS3-60 GB. It had the flashing RLOD and wouldn't boot, plus there was a rental DVD stuck inside. I indicated that I needed the DVD returned, and that I hoped the hard drive data could remain intact. To my delight, the PS3 was packed up very nicely and even appeared to have been cleaned. It's booted up perfectly and all the previous data is on the hard drive (whew!). My rental DVD was even inside (yay!). I know all of these things should be expected, but I felt like I was taking a risk and I'm SO relieved everything has turned out perfectly so far. Thanks PS-Pros! Of course, if something goes wrong unreasonably soon I'll be posting a follow-up :) |

We are one of the expensive PS3 fixes, but are pleased that the repair can be made quickly and put us back onto the games we play. Dealing with Sony was a daunting prospect, by comparison. And waiting for weeks after paying a maximum fee (Sony charges the max no matter what the diagnosis) was not a happy prospect. We're happy with the service. |

Within my first 90 days my system went bad so when i called to return the system i was told i wold get a new warrenty on the new system. "WRONG" The new system went bad within 30 days and I was told they would make a special exception and refund me my money. Once I returned the system I heard nothing from the company until I got a local attorney to assist. At that point they had even told my attorney "The check is in the mail". No check has been recieved to date. Keep in mind i sent the system back so now i have no money for the item or a system. they just kept it all. Now the BBB ( Better busines Bureau ) is involved and gues what, they havent responded to them either. Bad company do not purchase anything from them. Retailer Response (09/04/2009): This comment is from a disgruntled customer, who experienced a completely different problem, after the original warranty expired. As a courtesy, we offered a significantly discounted repair, but the customer became hostile and has been trying to slander us over the Internet. As shown on the many positive reviews here, as well as our history of having no unresolved complaints with the Better Business Bureau, this is not how our company would operate. We also encourage any customers experiencing any issues to contact us immediately, and we always strive to do our best when a occassionally an issue does occur. |

I know what you are thinking. Is this site legit? Is this for real? Will I get robbed? I felt the same way as you. I searched and searched for reviews and there were little to none. But i took a chance anyway. Yes this site is for real. They are legit and they will NOT rob you. The only reason I am leaving a review is for those who come after me to know they can trust this company. They have the lowest prices, best product, and even if it does eventually break down, (as everything does) they can fix it without all the hassle. |

(Edited September 30th by rwd923) I thought this was going to be a great way to get my xbox 360 fixed based on how easy the process was to get it to them. It turns out I was wrong. After conveniently being told that it couldn't be fixed I sent the money that same night for the refurbished "working" system. That was June 18th, and after not hearing anything by June 22nd I called and was told they were on back order, and one would be shipping out by the 25th or 26th. It is now July 1st, and I still have no word on when I will get my system. I have emailed them the past two days with no response. I don't know if other sites are any better, but I know this one sucks. I finally recieved my system on July 24th. The communication with this company was terrible, and I would not recommend them to anyone. |

I wouldn't have know there was a return shipping charge except that I saw it on the reviews. I pretty much expected the diagnosis to be what it was. We'll see how long it takes to get back and if it works ok when it does. I've seen differing opinions. |

When I first notified 360 pros that I was sending my xbox to be fixed. It was stated that this was the second time this problem has occured within a year and both times it was sent to 360 pros to be fixed. I would have liked to received information on why this problem continues and would it be worth it to purchase a new xbox. |

Horrible, Horrible, and Horrible. The problem with my 360 was that the disk tray wouldn't open at all. They "fixed and tested" my 360 and sent it back. It cost $140 total to send out, have them fix it, and send back. When i got my 360 back the disk tray worked fine and i think they added a fan in the back which i was grateful for, but when i tried to put a game in and play, it wouldn't play. It would just say Open Tray. So i tried all my games and none of them worked.Waste of time it seems. Don't Recommend at all. |

I sent in my xbox on Dec. 12 and received notification that they got on the 15th, paid the price for repair, since the site says 1-2 days for repair i waited till the 21st to make my first call they told me it was in packaging getting prepped for shipping and that i would get before christmas. Christmas passes and I didnt get the xbox so I called them again, they said they were sorry and that were putting it the mail and overnighting it so that I would get it the next day. Its now the 30th and no xbox, no shipping confirmation, and they havent responded to any emails. I chose this service due to recommendation and the fact that they said they could get it done quickly.I'm regretting not going to Microsoft to get it fixed as of now it would cost less and I would be getting it in the next few days. |
