Immediate notification of shipment. A rep called to double-check the shipping address (which had a confusing quirk in it). It's a good thing he did, as the package coule easily have been misdirected. I immediately received an e-mail confirming my order. I also received a phone call from the company asking whether I was happy with the order and whether there were any other items I was considering to order. I did not have any. Their price on the camera outfit that we were researching was extremely competitive and their customer service was also very good. We also liked that they have PAYPAL as a listed payment option. In today's world that makes large money transactions very safe! When they realized they had not updated their records and did not ship the camera on the date set they upgraded shipping to overnight (at no extra cost to us) and had our camera at our door the very next day.
