Immediate notification of shipment. A rep called to double-check the shipping address (which had a confusing quirk in it). It's a good thing he did, as the package coule easily have been misdirected. I immediately received an e-mail confirming my order. I also received a phone call from the company asking whether I was happy with the order and whether there were any other items I was considering to order. I did not have any.
