I've been buying shoes from 6pm for over a year now and I'm one happy customer. I've returned several pairs and I've yet to encounter any problems. I also want to address the claim that 6pm uses bait and switch tactics. They're pretty upfront about which items are on sale and which aren't. There are instances when particular variations of certain styles are marked down and if you select one that's not on sale, the corresponding price is prominently displayed on the product page. It's not a shady ploy to make customers inadvertently purchase items at "double the price." They probably just have more of the sale items in their inventory. Unless this is an attempt to discourage potential "competition" for those awesome early morning sales (yes, i can unabashedly admit that 6pm is part of my early morning ritual), I'm almost convinced that you just reviewed the wrong company. They put on a sale, you buy the shoes, but they double the prices before your shoes arrive. Your shoes do not fit so you need a different size. They will not exchange them. You have to buy the size that fits at double the price plus repay shipping, plus repay to ship your other pair back for a return. What kind of company does that? I talked to their customer service and they will not honor the original price for another size...that is their policy. So if I return my shoes and just don't buy another size, I will actually be out more money than I paid for the shoes in shipping alone with no shoes to show for it. I am guessing that is their scam...hoping people just keep the shoes that don't fit. Their customer service rep wrote me and told me to shop at another site that has policies like exchanges or return shipping if I don't like their policies. Wow...don't worry I will. Buyer Beware. I love being able to select your serach criteria so you only are looking for items you are interested in. richdiamante from PA Member Since: 03/18/2009 View Member's: Reviews	I am a new customer at 6PM.com.I ordered 3 pairs of shoes.Everything shipped very quickly and the quality was first rate.One of the sneakers had a small blemish on the toe box.While small it was easily noticeable.I emailed 6PM and asked for a credit of about half because I didn't want to go to the hassle of shipping them back.They told me they would credit the entire purchase and that I could do what I wanted with the shoes.They apologized for the inconvenience as well.I wrote back to tell them they now have a customer for life.No store has ever been as accomodating to me as they were.I highly recommend them for anything you buy from them.My first experience is that they are the best.Thank You.
