The customer service rep (who was very courteous and professional), told me that it is on back order and will be shipped in three to four weeks (arriving after Christmas). I canceled the order and asked if there was a process for letting me know that it wasn't coming anytime soon. See said yes, but they are currently swamped. No more 6th Ave for this household.
