A week later, there was still no email, and when I looked at my account with the seller, no indication that anything had been processed with my order. I sent an email. No response. 2 days later I called customer service. They advised me that they were out of stock and not likely to get the item for another 3-4 weeks! This was a Christmas present and I could not wait 3-4 weeks. They claim they replied to my email inquiry, but I never received it. I'm very upset that they never told me that the item was backordered. I did promptly receive an email when I cancelled the order, which proves that my system was not blocking their emails. We received the product in a timely manner, excellently packaged. All seems to be in working order. We didn't notice it at the time, but it would have been nice if the product came with a carrying case, something to protect it. :-)	Overall Rating
