I called him and he said it was no longer available. He then offered to send me the next model higher for no additional charge. What I received was a used lesser model camera approximately 5 years old. I called him again. He said he would have UPS pick it up and return it for a refund. UPS picked up the camera 2 weeks ago and he still hasn't credited my account. DO NOT TRUST THIS GUY!!!! ABCDEALS's Response: Hi We are NO crooks, we do plea guilty for not having the original item (FUJI 3100) in stock, but we tried to work with you with a replacement, unfortunately it didn't work out, and I'm sorry it didn't, and BTW the original camera you bought was also from 5 years ago, so we tried to replace with a simlar item, but a full refund was issued to your paypal account. sorry again	Overall Rating

I was surprised that this was an "open box" item though it was advertised as new. Most websites disclose that the item is "new but open box" but this site did not. The box itself was very worn and slightly torn but the camera appears to be new but I can not verify that. I prefered a new unopen box item and open box items were sold for $60 less elsewhere.
