They gave me the wrong windows system and gave me no customer service upon request. I had recieved notice that I was to call them rather then email or message them. When I did call them I had to leave a message and never got a call back from them. The computer also had other issues with it like for instance even when it was completely charged it had problems being turned on and staying on. ACCURATEIT's Response: Customer service is available from 9-5 EST Monday thru Friday. (888) 811-2487. Customer has never called and spoke to a customer service representative. |

I ordered a refurbed monitor and there were no issues with my order. There were a couple of "hard wear" marks on the monitor but I knew it was used. I would probably order form them again. |

Ordered a monitor as a gift for my parents. It arrived (2 days late, thanks to FedEx's stupidity), but it was in perfect working order and looked brand spankin' new. Great experience with AccurateIT. |

with the deal I was getting..(p3 Win98 256MB RAM for $350) I was expecting the laptop to be worn out n full of scratches. I was surprised to find that it looked pretty new(just some scratches at the base which u wouldn't notice unless u turn it upside down). Plus I must mention that the customer service rep Scott was very helpful when there was some address change problem with my credit card. Plus I got a free laptop bag. Recommended... |

My monitor arrived with a broken case. it was not packaged this way. it is obvious from the carton that the monitor suffered an impact. when opened, the monitor layed sidways and upside down with the packing foam ascew. |

Bait and switch advertising. Coupled with them shipping a monitor that is inferior to the one I paid for. They even claim it is superior, but it has worse picture quality, and the specs are worse. (IBM p202 is what I purchased and they sent a Sony GX520 after telling me it is 'better'. It isn't.) Fast shipping however. |

Excellent, I received my camcorder in 2 days! The only thing surprising me was that there was no editor software with my Panasonic GS31 camcorder. I guess this has nothing to do with Accurateit but is related to Panasonic - I am kind of disappointed, how can a package like that from Panasonic? |

ACCURATEIT shipped monitor immediately it arrived packed very well. The monitor itself was better than expected. While I expected many scratches and scuffs there were none at all pretty much in 'new' condition. Would we ever use ACCURATEIT again? sure would. As far as pricegrabber.com may look at it but use pricewatch.com as it has lower prices. Price Grabber has a disclaimer here I doubt they will allow my suggestion users switch to pricewatch.com |
