Contacted vendor who was unapologetic. All I got was a transaction number and no other means of contacting the seller except through Pricegrabber.com Then you wait for a response. I waited 2 weeks and did not get the product. This is a Engineering/Manufacturing business and we can't wait for confirmation and product. I sent message to cancel the order as I placed a new on with another supplier and the next day I get a response from A_Tech_2K7 that product has shipped. Now I get to go through the hassle of trying to return and receive credit. Not a good experience at all. Would not recommend to anyone. Sent back the original product. Never received the replacement. I was asked to call - i called and left a message nobody called back. Month after the initial sale I had to start a dispute with my credit card company since I had not received a follow up email or phone call from the seller.
