However, I knew that in advance and paid anyway. The service was excellent, with quick shipping and the item arriving on time and in great condition. I never received the Wii, UPS says that they left the package at my house, but I never received it. After contacting the seller, he informed me that it was unfortunate that the $546.00 Wii I purchased was lost, but that he did not insure his shipments for the price he charged me (which was $297 more than the unit normally retails for). He said if UPS pays the $100 (the amount UPS automatically insures a package for) that he would reimburse me. That was the last that I ever heard from the seller. Needless to say, my daughter never got her Wii for Christmas and I never got any money back. CloudyShop's Response: If UPS did delivered it to your house as you mentioned and as the fact shown from UPS website, I have no explanation other than the fact that it was "lost" at your premises. I try to get you the best reparation that I can from UPS. However, you went for a chargeback on your credit card, causing me monetary damage that I didn't deserve.	Overall Rating
