When received, I immediately hooked it up and go the error message that stated Ink system failed. I immediately contacted customer service, they said all they could do is have me send back the printer, at my cost with an RMA number. I was offended that a non working product was sent and I had to pay to send back. They will throw it away anyway, they should have sent replacement or refund immediatley. Very unhappy	Overall Rating
