The description was as follows: SterlingTek Powwer Premium 2X_Panasonic Phone Battery ER-P511 P-P511 2200mAh NEW I was sent the Pansonic brand not the SterlingTek. The battery they sent only has 1000 mAh not the 2200 mAh as advertised. I could have picked up the battery they sent me locally at a retail store for half the price of what I was charged, an I would not have had to pay the shipping. However, they should tell people exactly how a package is being shipped, if it's out of the ordinary. I got a tracking number for UPS but they dropped it at the post office and it was delivered be the mail carrier, the day after tracking said it was in transit to final destination.	Overall Rating
