Ordered Nov 29th. It is Dec. 17 and I have not recieved my order. Fedx tracking number not provided-when I called Fedx they looked up my name and address and could not find any activity. The responce from digitec11 was it is lost in the "mail" and when I asked for a phone number they gave me a non working number. After several e-mails I got the right number- will get a different i-pod then one ordered in three days-but that remains to be seen. DIGITECH11's Response: The replacement was sent immediately and she received it. She was very understanding on the telephone. Thanks |
