Product was perfect. Packaging was overstuffed causing increased cost and tracking problems. DoctorMiniDisc's Response: In an effort to keep your cost down DrMD ships in an economical, safe, protected, durable packaging. This is a tested and proved shipping process. The key is, "product is perfect". When a problem arises with your order contact the seller, product support knows what to do. If a package is damaged in shipping it is the requirement of the carrier to make the necessary arrangements, tape a rip, repack, whatever it takes to deliver the package in a timely manner. |

DoctorMiniDisc's Response: This item is new and comes with a manufacturers 2 year warranty and qualifies for the DoctorMiniDisc 100% satisfaction guarantee. DoctorMiniDisc replied immediately to customers request for service even though the message for the request was unsigned, not sent to the appropriate address and didn't reference the stock number, order ID or billing information and was researched only by the mention of the product in the message. |

Issue: Item was shipped to billing address, not shipping address per your invoice included in shipment. Was it due to confusion between PriceGrabber and supplier? Overall: Item is as represented - works fine.
