I was disappointed that it took so long to get the item I ordered. However, I was pleased that they sent me an upgraded item as the one I ordered was out of stock. |

Ordered an item that was listed in stock and charged. Received an email 3 days later stating the item was actually not in stock and that I would be issued a "full or partial" refund. Still waiting to see what appears on my credit card. |

I have not received the product would like to have a refund. EagleDirectUSA's Response: Did offer buyer refund to do buyer item was damaged at warehouse. However, buyer and seller agreed to a discounted price due to this damage. The item itself was not damaged just the outer package. If buyer still wishes to receive a full refund, once item is returned. Buyer will receive a full refund. |

Placed order and my credit card was immediately charged. Have not heard anything from the company since. I sent an email over a week ago to the doug@ and the customerservice@ requesting the status of the order, no response. I send another email through the PriceGrabber Storefront yesterday. I called the company today after getting the contact info from their website:
"Hello"
"I would like to check the status of an order I placed"
"There is nobody here that can help you now, you should call back later"
"When will somebody be there that can help me"
"5:30"
No offer to take a message, no indication that it was even a business as the person answered with just "Hello". I called back later and left a message as nobody picked up.
Best Case: Nonexistent customer service
Worst Case: I got screwed
I will dispute the charges on my credit card if no contact is made within 24hrs. My advice is to avoid this retailer. EagleDirectUSA's Response: I am a very small company. However, my parts all come from major warehouse in USA. I respond faster to email vs. phone calls. My family at times answers the phone while I am out. They do take messages. |

No problems with ordering and I was notified by seller that the item was no longer in stock and offered a up-grade of product at the same price because of a volume purchase by dealer. Great offer nut I declined the offer because, based on the technical specifications of the item I had ordered. being a match for a specific motherboard designed, is the only acceptible consideration. I do thank Doug at EagleDirectUSA for his prompt and extented care. At this time, I am awaiting a complete refund to Paypal for reimburstment to my Visa Debit Card Account.
