After emailing ElectroFlip I was instructed to seal the item back up, give it back to the USPS and refuse the shipment. I did that and never received a credit. After many follow up emails with a ElectroFlip, they claim that they never received the item and cannot credit my credit card. They ask for tracking although they know that when you refuse an item with the USPS, tracking and shipment method back to the sender is not an option to the refusing party. I have gotten nothing but email trails from this vendor and have tried to handle this honorably. The end result? No product + no refund. ElectroFlip's Response: This user never returned his product... We have no reason to hold onto anybody's funds. We have enough business to avoid pick pocketing...	Overall Rating

The only problem I had was with the product, I bought a motorola h700 bluetooth earpiece and the product it self is not good you can hear a lot of static coming from the earpiece.
