Very quick shipping and product arrived in perfect condition.
The shipping through UPS did require a signature 'in person', so that had me chasing UPS around and finally driving 25 miles to the UPS hub to get my package. I would prefer the option to "sign and leave package' on the porch.
Otherwise I am very happy with this transaction. GenesisTechnologies's Response: Sorry about that, but we are required to ask for signatures on packages over $250 otherwise paypal does not offer any protection from fraud. Hope you liked the product. |

After finding out the item was sent to wrong address (by their error) I contacted company. General manager (says he was the owner also) was extremely rude. I will not buy from this company again. Sometimes cheaper is not better. |
