It is virtually useless to me in it's present condition. I will never purchase from them, or through price grabber again. LAPTOPSOFCOLUMBUS's Response: Dont believe this lier. He thought he is purchasing brand new laptop from Dell and expected it to arrive with all kind of CD's and manuals and packing list (i have no idea what the packing list is) and answered all his emails right away. Instead he retaliates with bad feedback. He is so happy with the laptop that he did not even ask for to return it or anything.	Overall Rating

Vendor refused to allow a refund. LAPTOPSOFCOLUMBUS's Response: I don't provide money back. I offered to return for warranty, buyer completely refused. Only wanted money back. Was contacted and informed that it was not actually new but I approved the shipment because I was assured that it functioned as new and that the screen had no scratches. When it arrived four keys on the keyboard did not work, it was heavily scratched and the screen was scratched. Dealer approved a refund and I returned it. LAPTOPSOFCOLUMBUS's Response: I sell used laptops and yes they do have normal wear and tear scratches. I would never send anything to customer with something bigger or deeper than hairlike scratch. Also, screen cannot be scratched on this laptop because it has special protective plastic cover so you dont scratch or poke touchscreen with a pen.	Overall Rating
