Still have not received item 20 days after it was ordered. I will not enter into another transaction with Setco. I would not recommend Setco to a friend. I have purchased many items through Ebay without a problem and have had quick delivery. I will not order through PriceGrabber again unless this problem is resolved.	Overall Rating

It took 3 emails and almost 3 weeks to finally get a tracking number, but it was too late. The geniuses at FedEx decided, after the package made it from California to New Jersey, to send it down to Texas- instead of to me in Connecticut. Had it not been for this I would have received the package about 10 days after ordering it. Instead, it took a month. I don't fault Setco for this at all, but had I had the tracking number before, I could have caught it earlier. The product was exactly what I ordered and arrived in pristine shape after its voyage. Good company if you're not expecting the order for a deadline.	Overall Rating

Setco's Response: Camcorder was shipped right after orde was placed, buyer refused shipment when he received it, then left a negative review. No win situation. Have proof with tracking.
