The "new" LG Dehumidifier did not work propoerly so I contacted TVOutletStore immediately. After 4 e-mails and 1 phone call, they finally got back to me asking me to return the product. I requested a full refund including shipping costs and have not heard back from them. Got LG involved and will get Consumer Union involved next. Wish me luck!!	Overall Rating
