CON: 1) Uses non-typical method of credit card verification which adds 23-48 hours to processing time. They do not tell customers of this on their site prior to ordering. We received an email from CS on 12/01 indicating we should call them to eliminate this delay. Many other orders we made at the same time have already been delivered. 2) When we went onto the website for the above we found the item we needed was on backorder. They could send an email about the credit card but apparently not one to inform us of the backorder status. Will not recommend this company to our customers. We have 5 online stores ourselves. They were not my first choice, but the very first question I asked the previous vendors, as well as amatteroffax was "Do you have this in stock? In your warehouse ready to ship?" Amatteroffax said yes, so I placed the order. After about a week (well beyond when I anticipated delivery) I get a call from "Kenny" apologizing and telling me that the unit had to be back ordered but that I would receive it by the end of the week, and that he'd even send it 2 day to make up for the delay. Another week went by, and he then told me that it would absolutely for certain arrive on November 25 and that he would overnight it. So today (Nov 30, over 3 weeks later) I find out that they have canceled the order. Needless to say I won't be ordering anything from them any time soon.	Overall Rating

We received our order in a plain shipping box, the belt unit wrapped securely in bubble wrap, surrounded in Styrofoam peanuts.
