CON: 1) Uses non-typical method of credit card verification which adds 23-48 hours to processing time. They do not tell customers of this on their site prior to ordering. We received an email from CS on 12/01 indicating we should call them to eliminate this delay. Many other orders we made at the same time have already been delivered. 2) When we went onto the website for the above we found the item we needed was on backorder. They could send an email about the credit card but apparently not one to inform us of the backorder status. Will not recommend this company to our customers. We have 5 online stores ourselves. We received our order in a plain shipping box, the belt unit wrapped securely in bubble wrap, surrounded in Styrofoam peanuts.
