So far is is fine. But it isn't over till the product gets here in a reasonable time; is as represented; and if there is any problem how quickly the problem is resolved. |

First I ordered a boxed processor and they shipped me a processor with a fan attached to it with a rubber band. Not to mention the processor never worked. When I tried to send it back for a refund they kept the product I sent back to them and never gave me my money or the product back. I tried calling them several times but they never check any of their voicemail lines for tech support, customer support, sales, or returns. I also emailed them several times with no response. Please no one buy from these guys ever. BUYERS BEWARE!!! |

Shipped me the wrong items entirely (some of which appeared to have been previously opened, all having NO packaging material around them at all), which I returned without an RMA. Items were returned back to me, with no indication why. I then found where to get an RMA online, and returned items with an RMA. A2z has now had these items for a week and I have not heard anything from them nor have charges been reversed. I had ordered products from this company in the past with no problems, but this has been a total nightmare. For anyone who is questioning the 'support' from this company, do yourself a favor and try calling their number and/or email them before you order. You will go through endless loops of recordings and never reach a 'live' person. While on hold, you will have to hit the 1 button every 20 seconds or so to remain in their cue. I've done this for up to an hour and never had anyone pick up the phone. |

Another who's credit card was charged the day after I placed the order (over two months ago) but merchandise never delivered. FedEx said no order to pick-up was ever received. No response from "friendly customer support" to numerous email and phone messages. I have cancelled the charge to my credit card. You have been warned, this company is bad news! |

I placed an order 4 weeks ago. I have still not received the order. I telephoned them several times over the last 4 weeks and left messages. They never answer the telephone and they never returned my calls. I emailed them also 3 times. Same response. They did, however, charge my card for the order 4 weeks ago. I called Mastercard and had the charge reversed. A loser outfit, for sure. What a huge waste of time for me. Never again. |

The $200.00 new P4 CPU I ordered came without the Intel box. They shipped it in the clamshell that is usually in the Intel box, with ONE rubber band around it. As a result the CPU was ejected from the clamshell (into the empty space on the right) during shipping and over 25 pins were bent, some completely flat. I called to report the damage, only to be shipped around from extension to extention without anyone answering the telephone for 25 minutes until I got the message we are now closed. I then sent an email (with pictures of the CPU). I called again the next day, the same shipping around from extension to extension with NO ONE answering the telephone. I stressed in all my messages that I needed another CPU shipped ASAP as I needed to finish the system as a Christmas present... to date I have HEARD NOTHING FROM THE COMPANY by phone or email. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! Unless you want to throw your money away. |

I ordered a DVD RW drive found on their website: http://www.a2zcomp.com/buy.asp?REF=26&SKU=DVD3500WHITE It clearly indicates the software that's bundled with the drive. I received the drive promptly by Fedex but no software. I have made NUMEROUS attempts to contact them via e-mail and phone. You will note that other reviewers here have stated that their phone lines are phony. It doesn't matter what option you pick; there is NO ONE anywhere near those phones - just a machine with a recorded message. I tried their two email addresses several times and even left a voice message after a prompt advised me that "because of high call volume" I could leave a message and they would return my call. Not true. I have called them at all hours and it's always the same message. Dial one of their numbers, 1-800-983-8889, and you will see what I mean. If you purchase anything from this vendor you are certainly doing so at your own risk. I'm surprised I got the drive! |

If you don't have to return anything, this place is okay. It is now 1117 and I still have not had the refund applied to my credit card. Forget trying to call the RMA department, all you get is voicemail and no return calls. Don't buy anything from them even if you think you might return it. |

Ordered 3 x DELL E207WFP on Saturday. Site showed item in stock. Received tracking number on Monday. A closed look at the tracking info revealed a shipment of one 8 lbs box. That's a little light for 3 LCDs. I tried to contact a2z via email, phone, fax, chat. I wanted to have them confirm that they shipped all 3 items else I would refuse the order when the carrier showed up. Of course, they charged my credit card for all 3 items! They never contacted me to inform me about the backordered items. I waited for Fedex to show up and as I suspected, a2z only shipped one item out of three. I refused the package and contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge. What a waste of time, I'd stay away from them. |

Received E-Mail saying they didn't have the item I ordered and offered me similar item at higher cost. Accepted offer called once and E-Mailed twice to see if ordered product was filled. Have to this date not received a reply. Would not make another purchase from this company. |
