The Lan Party Machine Case could have had more information and product views or at least a link to the manufacturers website. I ended having to order another case because this one would not accomodate my CD/RW Drive (not enough depth). Although this case will accept an ATX motherboard I recommend a Micro/Baby AT sized board instead. Webite performed well and the price was right, but check the specifications before you purchase. |

The Shipper made a substitution for what I feel to be an inferior product, thought they are priced similarly. The substitution was made WITHOUT my consent. The substitution was made because the product I ordered was out of stock, but my order confirmation indicated it was still available. |

I recently purchased an Antec 430 watt true power, power supply from this company. I am ordering components to build my own computer, and I do not have enough components to try my power supply out yet. As far as their service goes I had absolutely no problem with them. Their packaging was great and they promptly sent me a tracking number. I placed the order by phone,(I think it is good to get and idea if you can get a hold of the company in case there is a problem) and they were very courteous. |

on-line experience was OK. Tracking order had a little to be desired. Took a great deal of time for shippment to arrive. PACKAGING OF PRODUCT CONSISTED OF BEAT-UP BOX NOT EVEN MATCHING PRODUCT AND SERAN WRAP FOR PACKAGING... NOT GOOD! |

Had a problem with my shippping address they called me immediatly and sorted it out. Motherboard arrived ahead of schedule. If your going to buy stuff online go with these guys. |

I oredered a Enermax 350 watt Power Supply from a3 and they were very helpful. I lost my UPS tracking number (due to a format i did) and I called them and they told me and even sent me another email with the tracking number! Great support (although i don't need it, but some one else might)! The delivery was a little slow, but this is probably because i live in marylanf and their in california... Rating: Excellent Comments: The folks at A3 shopping are more than just your run-of-the-mill webstore. They have a Big local Warehouse, and are very helpful. I have, in the past, dropped in unannounced, and they have treated with me with kindness and respect. Bought a Enermax power supply from A3shopping,the price is reasonable,the shipping is great,they have $6.5 Flat UPS ground.compare with the other store's shipping rate this is the lowest,receive confirmation and shipping info in the same day,and they even ship my order in the same day too,thanks....A3shopping |
