On line was great. I must not his the right button or something. I could get thru on line to check order. I have held on line each time up to 20 min. 3 different times. I left message for a call back and I did not get a call back So I am trying again to order the part. This is the frist time I have used this merchant. I put in all information and I found the part. I just could not get a phone call back. I even fax a letter. No response I have tried for 30 days. |

Stay away from this store. They do not answer phone calls / emails or fax communications. After almost 1 MONTH I am still waiting for my order to ship. Do not buy here or recommend to anyone!!! |

Its difficult to speak with someone in customer service. I have a return and have been calling and no one has respond to my calls. To date I still have not received my order and still have not been able to speak with any one. I am filing a report with the Bureau of consumer affairs and I have also notified my bank that my goods have not been received its now 2 weeks |

Terrible, they may be out of business. No response with telephone, even when asked to return call. No email response at all. I paid with paypal and the money lies dorment they haven't even clamed the payment. Stay away from this company. |

STAY AWAY! No one answers the phone, faxes or emails. I think the employees sit around writting the positve reviews! Without question the worst customer service I have ever encountered. DO not bother trying to call them, several hours on hold with no answer. |
