When I requested an exchange for the defective watch they told me the price of the watch suddenly went up over $70 and that I would have to pay for shipping and insurance to send the orginal defective watch back to them, less than a week from making my purchase. Terrible Service. Retailer Response (01/21/2007): We suggested \"princess\" Foley bring the watch to a local jeweler because she claimed she was going on a trip the next day and needed to wear the watch. In fact, that was a story she made up. In truth, her watch came apart because she tried to size it herself rather than asking us to size it or having it done by a qualified jeweler. I ordered a womens Movato Valor on Dec. 30th and here it is the 31rst with the watch on my wrist .... It arrived on New Years Eve. Most Excellent !!! The transaction was smooth -- tracking it was a cinch . Everyone was great .... Will definitely use this merchant again as the service was Stellar ... the watch is beautiful and pristine .. It took a long time to go through each one and having to go through each type under each brand name. I found several watches that I liked. But had to go back several times to find it once I left that particuliar page.
