Once again an excellent experience with Aaxes. They had a great price on the Monster Cables I needed and delivered very quickly. I placed my order on a Tuesday and with ground shipping the product was in my hands before the weekend! |

Total lack of communication from this company. Recieved a defective product. Spend the few extra $$$ and buy from a trusted name. The worst online shopping experience I have ever encountered. STAY AWAY from AAXES.com! Retailer Response (01/27/2006): Our mistake in mistyping your email address which we explained upfront and apologized for thinking we reached your hotmail.com account. Then we tried to reach you on four or more occasions using the telephone number that you provided it rang for over twenty rings. Unfortunately you did not answer when we tried during the day or in the evening. No voicemail, or answering machine with this customer. Customer received a replacement from the manufacturer without incident. |

A very good experience. The product I ordered was backordered even though it showed as in-stock, but I was contacted quickly and this was explained to me along with options of what to do. All emails were very courteous and I truly felt as if they were doing everything they possibly could to get me my order as quickly as possible. It only took 8 days for it to arrive, and I'm very satisfied. I would order from them again due to the personal level of service I received. Honest and genuine outfit. |

I was shopping for a product by price and Aaxes beat all others by far (over 30% cheaper). I received daily communication and despite ordering three days before Christmas my product arrived Christmas eve. I do a lot of Internet shopping and there is no one better in my experience then Aaxes for price, communication and service. |

The day after I ordered headphones as an Xmas gift, I received a personal email from Aaxes cust. svc. alerting me that the item had sold out & offering to cancel the order. I really appreciate their proactive approach. Most companies would have just let the order stand and then deal with a complaint after the fact. I opted keep the order & tell my husband one of his gifts would be late. It turns out that the headphones arrived two days before Xmas!! What a great company. |

Although the in-stock information isn't useful (noted in stock but not really, typical online problem), once order was actually placed, merchant kept me informed, and kept in contact answering my concerns or questions promptly. |

I ordered some Sennhauser headphones last night. By this morning I'd rcvd no e-mail confirmation. I called and got VM. It's already afternoon and no e-mail order verification, no reply to my e-mail requesting a verification and no return phone call for a VM I left this morning. I will cancel my order if no reply within 2 hours. |

WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE?! No confirmation email, no response to my emails or phone calls, no charge to my CC for 2 weeks... I had every reason to believe they were out of business or had lost my order. All attempts to contact them were fruitless so I had to order what I wanted from another site, and THEN the Aaxes order shows up on my doorstep. A simple email was all it would've taken, now they're ignoring my attempts to get a RA since I've now got TWO of everything. Schmucks! |

No customer service!! I ordered an item on 11/23/05, which their website indicated was in stock, and it has yet to be shipped (12/02/05). I tried to contact Aaxes by phone, email and using their online feedback form, but have yet to get any response on the status of my order. The only indication I have that they received my order is that my credit card has been charged for the transaction. I will not be using this retailer again. |

The new owners have bent over backwards to make it right. They have shipped my product and NOT charged me the shipping. The new owners seem to be good guys. |

Received phonecall 24hrs after placing order, verifying my info to make sure it wasnt a fraud order, and offered to sell me a wall mount, i declined and the agent said my tv would be shipped the next day, and it was! TV came 6 days after the order was placed, was a great deal, and is a great tv! P.S. The screws for the leg stands for the TV were missing, and the batteries for the remote were dead, no big deal but just making sure everybody knows. |

I bought a Vanguard Travel Tripod Tourist 5 which is described on Aaxes.com as a tripod with geared elevator and bubble level, but the item I have received doesn't have these features. Very disappointed!!! Retailer Response (08/26/2005): Contacted the customer and sent a detailed email to her as requested. Manufacturer's description was used to portray the product and the two features that in question appear to have not built into the product. Other websites have recieved similar consumer complaints of the missing features and the issue is with the manufacturer and not our site. |
