I changed my mind about purchasing the extended warrenty and they were great about making the change. No problem. I could hardly believe how quickly my order arrived, in just two days, and this was right before Thanksgiving. I had actually chosen the regular shipping, and they upgraded it to "EXPRESS" for no extra charge. Also, rebate forms are easy to find on their site. It is obvious to me that Abe's is experiencing serious customer service issues and unable to deal with pre-holiday orders much less any holiday orders. They are unorganized and fail to communicate properly with each other or their customers. I will continue to call for my refund of $1868.16 or I will fly to New Jersey in person with an attorney to collect my money. They are delaying my ability to purchase another TV because of their incompetency. I will also be posting this to ALL review/ratings companies on the web. If you call, they say that the promotion has ended. They will honor it only if you have no other promotions like the Loyalty10. No where does it say that and the website certainly claims that the 2GB memory is part of the deal. Seems like a lot of false advertising. The reps are not polite or helpful when questioned about the website. The gentleman I talked to didn't even know where to look.
