I changed my mind about purchasing the extended warrenty and they were great about making the change. No problem. I could hardly believe how quickly my order arrived, in just two days, and this was right before Thanksgiving. I had actually chosen the regular shipping, and they upgraded it to "EXPRESS" for no extra charge. Also, rebate forms are easy to find on their site. It is obvious to me that Abe's is experiencing serious customer service issues and unable to deal with pre-holiday orders much less any holiday orders. They are unorganized and fail to communicate properly with each other or their customers. I will continue to call for my refund of $1868.16 or I will fly to New Jersey in person with an attorney to collect my money. They are delaying my ability to purchase another TV because of their incompetency. I will also be posting this to ALL review/ratings companies on the web. However, after the initial problem, a representative from Abe's emailed and then called me to make it right. I appreciate that after a problem they were so willing to try to keep a customer. Retailer Response (11/30/2009): Good Morning, I have looked into your review and do understand your frustration. But I have investigated this and did find out that yes the promotion had been removed a while back and had been expired, but I will be more than happy to give you that 2 gig card free of charge with the camera and do see that you have been shopping with us many times.
