It is obvious to me that Abe's is experiencing serious customer service issues and unable to deal with pre-holiday orders much less any holiday orders. They are unorganized and fail to communicate properly with each other or their customers. I will continue to call for my refund of $1868.16 or I will fly to New Jersey in person with an attorney to collect my money. They are delaying my ability to purchase another TV because of their incompetency. I will also be posting this to ALL review/ratings companies on the web. I would not recommend them to purchase from at all.	Overall Rating

If you call, they say that the promotion has ended. They will honor it only if you have no other promotions like the Loyalty10. No where does it say that and the website certainly claims that the 2GB memory is part of the deal. Seems like a lot of false advertising. The reps are not polite or helpful when questioned about the website. The gentleman I talked to didn't even know where to look. They got the order on Friday the 13th of Nov. On Monday the 16th they shipped only the bracket. They didn't bother to even order the tv from wherever they had it shipped until 3 business days later on the 19th--It finally arrived today on 11/24. No excuse for taking 3 days to get something ordered and shipped!	Overall Rating

They really do care about the customer and they showed me this with the long call we had. They are a great company. If you get no reply to an email call them and you will get all the help you will need. I believe there was an issue that my emails were going into spam. So call before jumping to any conclusion because they really do want to be there for all there customers. Once talking to them you will see what I mean.	Overall Rating
