Got a call the next day from sales rep. trying to get me to buy more things for the camera. Then, only 4 days later, the camera was on sale for 149.00!!! Instead of trying to get me to buy more accessories, he should have told me to wait for a few days to get the sale, or better yet, gave me the better sale price right then. When I declined, I was told the order was being shipped. 2 days later I receive 1 of my items, the other was back-ordered. At no time was it indicated that the item was not in stock. I was not told when to expect the item. I was on hold 3 different times for at least 30 mins. and never got to speak to a customer seervice rep on when to expect my item. It did arrive yesterday finally. Would not deal with this firm again.	Overall Rating
