My prescription was correct, but they overrode it with info they inaccurately captured when verifying the info w/ my dr via phone. This happened again when they attempted to re-verify my prescription after I informed them of their mistake. They failed, again, in their second attempt to capture this information. This time, they recorded the information incorrectly for BOTH eyes and refused to send me the correct lenses. I was surprised to discover they verify prescriptions via phone and not systematically. Too much room for human error in my opinion. You would think a business like this would be super vigilant about their prescription validation process. Not so. I dealt with three different representatives and had to explain the situation to each of them separately. Very archaic in their business practices which translates to unprofessional.	Overall Rating

The following day, I received a second email, stating that I needed a doctor's Rx for my order. Since I had only ordered contact lens cases, this was incorrect. It required a phone call (which I had to do the following day since I was on the West Coast) to straighten it out. I then received my order promptly, but, I assume that it was delayed by 2 days due to the mix-up about the Rx.	Overall Rating

Its further discounts beyond free shipping + tax was not included. Also, for ordering 22 boxes, just 2 short of the 24 required for a rebate form, its frustrating. I got 2 previously form the doctor after the eye exam. Other than these drawbacks, the website itself was great. Thanks for the quick shopping experience!	Overall Rating
