Bills, bank statements, tax forms, etc. Up until now, I've been using a separate flatbed scanner and a printer when I need to output something. Recently, the printer and the scanner both started showing signs of age, and I decided to replace them with an all-in-one. I was deciding between going for the cheapest thing I could find (probably a Lexmark or Brother) or going high-end and getting what I really wanted. Based on my recent experiences with several inkjet printers, I decided that an HP or a Canon would give me the best output with the least amount of ink used. hogjaws - (May 05, 2006) I've only had the unit for 3 days now, but so far I love it. The user manual is very comprehensive and easy to understand. I've only used the run-of-the-mill features so far, and I'm sure the learning curve will get more lengthly after I try everything. I don't have a HDTV, but the picture quality on a standard TV is excellent. To record from VHS to Disc is just a matter of pushing a button. I thought there would be some loss of of detail when copying from a tape to Disc, but I was pleasantly surprised at the clairity. I guess Panasonic thought that as long as you had to get up to put a disc or tape in the trays, you might as well open them from the unit instead of the remote. It's a

And I am sure Consumer Reports will rate this TV very high this Fall when they print their Fall Electronic buying guide. -Great HD picture quality (5 out of 5) -Good Standard analog Def. Picture quaility 3.5 out of 5 -Very good DVD progressive scan with component Monster brand cables 4.3 out of 5 -also has 2nd ant. input for over the air antenna- and I hooked up a $30. indoor non amp. gfdcutter - (11/28/2009) Piece of garbage don't be fooled by the picture and the price. I was shipped a generic adapter that looks nothing like the photo. I purchased this for my TIVO and would have been more forgiving if it worked but it doesn't. SAVE YOUR MONEY BUY NAME BRAND.

The disks are not just reusable,they have fast Read/Write speeds, are very durable, and best of all, they are Inexpensive!!! They can be used as another drive!!!
