DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. It is a scam operation. Read the rest of the reviews. I'm not sure why google shows them as having 4 stars. I ordered a Nikon flash that showed "In Stock" on 12/19 for my wife for Christmas. Not only did I never get it, they emailed me saying "there was a problem with your order, please contact us". The person I talked to said that it was out of stock and tried really hard to sell me on another brand of flash. I declined and they hung up on me. Then I got an email on the 23rd saying my order had been canceled. I sincerely doubt that they even stock the flash I originally ordered. It is now 12/27 and they still have not refunded the $260 to my credit card. This is the first truly awful online shopping experience that I've had. I'm going to change my credit card number because I don't trust them with it. |

This is a scam company. I searched for a Nikon SB-600 flash unit and found this company to sell them by far the cheapest. Placed the order, and 2 days later get an email stating that the item is on back order and that I need to call them. I call and the someone tries his best to upsell me another, more expensive flash unit. I decline, saying that I want the SB-600. The man on the phone reluctantly agrees and tells me it will be 4 weeks before they get the next shipment in. Just today I get an email stating that due to supplier issues they cannot fulfill my order. I find another company, contact them and they say they have plenty of the SB-600 flash units in stock, and there is no sort of supplier issue. Avoid these people like the plague. They are nothing but scammers. |

I am not sure how this place is still in business. Obvious, Bait & Switch from all of the other reviews. Ordered a Canon product, called and said it was out of stock, tried to sell me something different, lesser brand. Called back and they said the shipment was damaged from Canon. The WORST SCAMMERS! |

I ordered an Ipod arm band around mid June of this year. That day I recieved an email stating that my item was on back order and would be shipped out within 3-5 weeks. Ok, I could deal with that, but as of today August 2nd I still hadn't recieved my arm band. I decided to call customer service to find out what was going on. The customer service rep I talked to informed me then that the company no longer even has the item in stock!! When I got upset she transferred me to Robert, who apologized. He told me the person in charge of emailing me was on vacation. I asked if he's been on vacation for the last 7 weeks and he said for the most part of summer! Which is absolutely ridiculous! They cancelled my order and of course didn't charge me. Too bad I didn't read any reviews before placing my order otherwise I definintly wouldn't have wasted the past 7 weeks waiting for my order to come! Stay away from Accessory Circuit if you ever want to actually recieve what you order! |

This is a SCAM company. Website listed item (Nikon Flash) in stock. Placed order on 12/9/2010. AC indicated item would be shipped in 5 days. Nothing came. AC said it was a supplier problem...said I would still have it for Xmas. On 12/21 I still did not have it and cancelled the order. AC sent a confirmation email saying they would reimburse my card. As of 1/6/2011 they still have not reimbursed the card. In AC's email they instruct you to dispute the charge with your credit card company if reimbursement does not appear in 3 days. Note:If they can charge it they can reimburse the card. AC is counting on people just accepting the email as assurance that the card will be reimbursed. They know some people won't check or will forget to dispute with the card company. SCAMMERS!!! |

Ordered Nikon SB 900 flash unit on 12/8. Made three inquiries on status of order first two immediate responses was that I would have the unit before Christmas. Third made on 12/20; @ 11:00 PM EST @ 11:42 got response that they could not fill the order and were refunding my credit card for the full amount. All this time their website listed the item as In Stock. |

My story is same as everyone else. Company is unethical and a disgrace to retailers. The told me they had the Canon flash in stock ready to ship. They took my order and two weeks later canceled it with no notice. When I called, they said the item was on backorder. They also lied when I called them and asked to speak with the customer service rep. They said she was out that day. I wrote her an email and she responded - she was not out. Don't do business with them. Other companies also sell hundreds of thousands of products but don't screw their customers. |

This company is a scam. They bait and switch. I ordered online a SONY HVL-F42AM. They called and said it was sold. They tried selling me an overpriced Sigma. When I tried canceling my order they were very rude, and even argued with me. Very unprofessional |

Tried to pull a bait & switch. Ordered a Panasonic DE-A11(B) charger. Later received a call saying the item is backordered 4 weeks, even though the website states the item is in stock. The sales rep recommends a "superior" item that's $90 on the website, but he can give it to me for $35. It's funny, the "superior" product he recommended is the same cheap unit I bought on Amazon for $12 that I am looking to replace. Order cancelled. |

Same song,different verse: I ordered a Canon Speedlite 430EX II flash. The next day I got a bait and hook phone call from 'Steve' about them being out of stock for 2-3 weeks and they offered to sell me a sigma/vivitar ($200.00 'equivalent') flash. Even though he tried to upsell his Canon 430ex II flash+kit, he chuckled at my request to send me the flash kit at the same price as my original order. Rude, unreliable, and unfortunately get away with ripping people off on a regular basis IMO. |

I was told that the Speedlite 430 was "Out of Stock". Next "Mike" asked if I would be interested in changing my order to a different non Canon flash unit in lieu of my order. I told him I did not wish to change my confirmed order. At that time, I was advised by "AccessoryCircuit.com" "Mike" that their store planned to take money from the VISA acct which I had supplied for payment immediately, yet I wouldn't get this item indefinately, at least 3+ weeks. He asked if I'd agree to this, or I could cancel my order. I cancelled. MORE INFO ADDED: As soon as my review of AccessoryCircuit.com had posted, I was phoned by AccessoyCircuit.con 'Mike" who then offered to sell me the Canon flash that had not been available before. I declined this mysteriously available merchandise. DO NOT USE this BAIT & SWITCH company! STAY AWAY added 9-20-2010 |

I placed an order for a Nikon EN-EL3e Lithium-Ion Battery that was listed as in stock for a total of $27.99 including tax and shipping on their web site. One day later I received a called from someone in customer service informing me that the battery was on back order for at least 6 weeks, and I was strongly encouraged to switch from the original Nikon battery to a aftermarket one at a cost of $39.99 which according to him had "more features and was of much higher quality than Nikon's Battery". I refused to change from my original order and was then offered the aftermarket battery at the same price as the Nikon battery, I again refused and asked that the order be cancelled, which he was happy to comply with. The whole process seem a bit shady, I'll never place another order with them again, buyers beware. |

I ordered a Nikon SB-600 and shortly got another email saying "there was issue with your order and please call this number..." Called the next day and the customer rep said my product was on backordered and will take 4-6 weeks. He offered a "better" product and INSISTED it was WAY better and can give it to me the same price as the Nikon. I called back a few min later for them to cancel that order and keep my original product. They said it was "already" shipped, but I have 14 days to return it if I don't like it. I checked their return policy on their website and it said that flashes are NOT eligible for credit, refund or exchange. This is BAD....so I did my research online and found that many customers were scammed this way and was switched to an INFERIOR product than what they originally ordered...known as "bait and switch" scam. 8/14/10 4:50 PM I orderd a Canon battery and charger online. I was called by Jay to inform me that the part I ordered was out of stock and would not be available for 4-6 weeks. He told me they had a better charger available and could upgrade my order for $15. The charger they sent was a Premium Tech pt-21 that sells for $12.09 on amazon and charged me $43(Jay said they would charge $37). Furthermore, the battery I ordered(sku 9612A001 ) for $33.99 was replaced with a generic knock off Power2000 ACD-239(amazon price is $ 2.58+shipp). I've been SCAMMED by accessorycircut.com. I was billed $76.99 for $15 worth of crap. UPDATE: 8/28/2010 After posting this review, accessoryciircut.com contacted me and offered to buy a better rating from me. I will not sell my rating to the con-artists to allow more people to be ripped off. I would rather leave this review as fair warning to all web users to avoid dealing with this unscrupulous company. DO NOT BUY FROM ACCESSORYCIRCUT.COM! |

I had ordered Canon 430EX II Speedlite E-TTL II Shoe-Mount Flash (sku#2805B002) from AccessoryCircut.com. Next day the Sales Representative had called me and said they have a back order on this item for 4-6 weeks & he had tried to sell me Vivitar flash stating Vivitar is superior flash than Canon and so on. I did ask the question "Why did you show it "in stock" on website when you don't have it in stock?" He said the website is not synchronized with actual stock of the item. I still see it "in stock" on their website at the time of writing this review. I give less than one star if i have an option to do so. I had learned my lesson and I would go to reputed merchants for my purchases. |

This is common Brooklyn Scam store. After charge of your credit card is done salesman contact you and try to sell generic overpriced garbage insted of product of your interest. If you refuse they promised and promissed to do it next day. But to return money is always a problem. Scam, Scam, Scam!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |

Ordered Canon CG-800 Battery Charger then got a call saying the order would back ordered 3-4 weeks. Told me about a charger as good or better was available for a total of $53. They gave me a number to type in on their website to see the charger, which I did. Went with it, but they shipped me a different charger, a Vivitar VIV-SC-819 for $53. When I recieved it I called and asked to return this as it wasn't what I seen and ordered. This charger was avaiable on other sites for between $8 and as high as $18. Told no returns on battery chargers. Person was very rude, could not get a word in. I have since seen a lot of complains from this site. I usually check out the sites before buying. Never had any problems online sales until this site. Reorder the charger from another site I have ordered with before. |

They made a sincere effort to make things right. Walter offered a $50 credit and was able to get me at least the bulb warranty. I feel that the company works hard to earn the customers' trust and takes customers' feedback very seriously. ORIGINAL POST: They advertise and offer for sale Warrantech extended warranties, that they don't carry. They let you place an order and confirm your order via e-mail. When I called to confirm that they actually had the product, they said they did. When I called four days later, someone named Michael Stevens informed me that they did not carry Warrantech warranties at all and tried to sell me a Mack Photo warranty. Because of them, I missed the window of opportunity to buy an extended warranty. |

This company is a scam. They bait and switch. I ordered a Canon 430ex II. They called and said it was on back order for 8 weeks. They tried selling me an overpriced Sigma. When I tried canceling my order they were very rude, and even argued with me. Very unprofessional. I knew that the Canon deal was too good to be true! I would stay away from this company, too many similar stories with the bait and switch. Not worth the trouble. |

After I placed my order I received a phone call to tell me that the battery I had order would take 3 to 6 weeks to deliver. I was offered a superior battery from another manufacturer at the same price. I have canceled my order and hope that I have not compromised my card. Brian |

Yes this seems to be a bait and switch company. Site said the item was in stock. They called the next morning to tell me it was out of stock and would take 4 to 6 weeks, but they had a much better item for less money. I asked why the site said it was in stock. They told me that it takes 24 hours for the site to adjust stock. I said I really don't believe you but if that is infact true I would right a good review for you company. (because the person on the phone said people only take the time to write bad reviews). Well the next day the site didn't say "OUT OF STOCK" it said "CAll For INFO". Then the day after that it was back in stock. So I really don't know how 4 to 6 weeks turned into 2 days. I found the Item I was looking for at a lower price a within the 2 days it took them to get it back in stock (if you believe that it was really in stock which I do not). I see in most of their replies it said they fill 200,000 orders a week. If so then why was my invoice number 49,000 |

Ordered a Pentax flash which is still listed on web site as in stock ships in one or two days. This was in November. Got phone call out of stock but we just happen to have a better model. I wanted Pentax so I said no thanks. I am still waiting and now it is February. I have called a couple of times and get the same "they will be in next week " story. I wonder if I will ever get my flash. |
