No problem ordering as I had previously had a laptop from this company & was quite happy with the supply. One problem I have though is that I would prefer a boot disc for windows 7 instead of having to do a back up myself. |

Comparing prices complicated by goods being advertised when on investigation are no longer in stock, delivery charges show as £0 until after you have selected and committed to buy - then commence at £9.95 + ........... misleading. |

Well not recieved goods as yet but have been all over the city of glasgow looking for there tab cases and never thought to go straight to acer website but needless to say got exactly what we wanted without any problem just awaiting there delivery now cheers to acer direct. I choose acer tablets for both me and my hubby as I have had an acer laptop for several years and really pleased with it. |

It took too long to complete my purchase. There was confusion as to which was the billing address and which was the delivery address and this had to be re-done. My mobile telephone number was not accepted by the system despite the fact that it was perfectly correct and included my country code. However, I thought the value for money was very good and the explanation about the Visa card extra charge was pefectly understandable (I wish I could charge my customers for using credit cards )but if it keeps costs down I am all for it. I have a Good rating for Question 5. on the basis of value for money. and Question 4, well I didn't want to answer this one at all because I saw no "out of stock" notices but after inadvertantly hitting the bar I couldn't then get the "no answer" or "no response" icon back! So I just put Bad in as I had no alternative. Another frustration I'm afraid. However, I would shop here again if I needed something in the range - I've learned I can live with a degree |

this transaction was very easy to understand, clearly laid out and easy to use. Having the 'checkout progress' on the right of the screen is great because every purchase is listed and I can check if i have forgoten anything. When I had to call the payment line, to confirm details, the operator was very clear spoken, helpful and a joy to speak to. I will recommend this site to friends and family. As an internet purchase - it was one of the best I have ever experienced. THANK YOU!! |

I anticipate this laptop for my son being as good and reliable as my acer, Having received this I wish it was mine he will be thrilled when he sees it a present for his b'day and pasing out of his army training. |
