purchasing 3 times, no problems with delivery, keeping informed, great service... just one problem i had : ordered 2 packs in 1 day and one of them-second one- was cancelled due duplicate order, which wasn't ofcourse.. i blame automatick checking for it... |

Very clear and logical order placement. Nice amount of info about each product. Explanation about alternative delivery addresses very clear and useful. However... their "eMessaging" system is useless. I tried to contact their Customer Service team using this system a number of times all to no avail. Their online returns system does not work either. If you need to contact them use the "Sales" phone number - it will give you an option to dial another number to contact Customer Service directly. It is very annoying they they actively try to "hide" any direct human-to-human contact behind a layer of technology that does not work - but me as a customer do not know whether it is working or not. Also, they appear to have a habit of dramatically reducing prices so be aware. The Netbook I purchased on a Saturday was then reduced in price by 25% the following Monday. Not a good way to keep your customers happy! |

So far, so good! Outstanding. Computer arrived configured and ready to use out of the box.No problems/crashes and very speedy delivery-9a.m. the next day. Only 1 minor issue. Tried to order the item by phone but was on hold for several minutes so gave up in the end and did it very easily on line. |

Web site is very easy to find way around. I like the fact that you dont insist on having a permanent account set up as so many other compancies do. Ordering and payment was extremely easy to do. After ordering the wrong stuff I was advised to refuse delivery and a refund would be initiated. So far I have had no email confirmation that my refund has been done. |

On the phone they told me i need a landline number, if i dont have a landline i can not order from this shop using a debit/credit card. I tried on the website and had no problem ordering without a landline phone number ... |

It is not until the order is placed that delivery charges are detailed. This should be done sooner in the process. No problems, delivery very fast, goods arrived well packed.. Worked fine. Why is it though a computer is never plug and play ? :o(( |
