My only recommendation for an improvement would be to have the shipping cost revealed prior to the very end of the transaction. It appears that you are being given the shipping costs much earlier and you have the impression it is no charge only to find out at the end what the cost for shipping actually is. This company is very professional and provide great service so this is a very minor complaint. |

The product I purchased was more than three (3) times as expensive at Amazon! The web site is simple and intuitive to use. My order # was displayed immediately after the completion of the checkout; hence, if I should have a problem I know what to reference. Well done! |

I have not received a confirmation that the merchandise has been shipped. Retailer Response (05/16/2007): Customer places order on 4/25/07 at 9:09pm. Advised the customer via email that we were currently out of stock on the specific item that he had placed, to speed up the process we had the item shipped direct to him from the manufacturer. The item was shipped on 4/30/07, which is three business day late. We notified the customer in 5/3/2007 that the item had shipped and provided the UPS tracking #. The package arrived the next day. Tried to call customer twice at the given phone number to discuss the matter further, but got no answer. |
