completely fraudulent company! Phone number is invalid an non working number. Emails never returned. I ordered a product, it never came.I have informed Mr. Jon LEIBOWITZ, Federal Trade Commission Chairman Consumer Response Center, 600 Pennsylvania Avenue, NW Washington, DC 20580 of the fact that the web site http://reviews.pricegrabber.com/actiongpscom/r/9437/ is full of complaints about people defrauded by this company, but they answered me "The information you have provided will be recorded in our complaint retention system. This computerized system enable us to identify questionable business practices that are generating numerous complaints and may be in violation of the law". It means either the Office is unuseful or the numerous complaints reported in the web site are not sufficient to activate them. Consumers are not protected!!! |

DONT BUY FROM THIS SCAM OUTFIT!!!! My item was defective and I got an RMA from them to return. I sent with delivery confirmation and they lie that they did not get the item. Credit card co says that since Post office delivery confirmation does not show the street address (only shows city and state)that I am screwed. |

To Whom It May Concern: This is to let your company know that I would not recommend my worst enemy to buy from your firm. This is a forwarded email of the my previous message which has obviously and completely fallen on deaf ears. In this very difficult economic climate where virtually every business has seen some kind of reduction in orders, I would think that anybody with half a brain would want to respond and correct problems with any order what so ever. This is obviously not the case with your company. If anyone can find the time to look up my order, you will see that it was placed on 12/10/08, and not shipped until 12/19/08. I paid extra for 3-5 days shipping and if I take 2 days out for the week end, that still leaves a total of 7 days that it took to ship my order. Now let's take another 2 days out for this current week end, and pray that this order arrives before Christmas. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE, AND I AM DEMANDING THAT MY PAYMENT FOR SHIPPING BE RETURNED |

I paid through paypal, and filed a complaint with them. They were unable to return my money because Action GPS removed the money from their paypal account. Fraudulent practice. People beware!! These people have to be shut down! |

I purchased a Garmen Edge 305 GPS on Sept 8th. My account was debited the next day. It is now Oct 13 and I have still not received my order. I have emailed, called and left messages on the customer service phone. No one has bother to contact me. I am very disapointed! |

I wish that I would have read these reviews before I placed my order. It's been 15 days I have not recieved my order and I don't have a tracking #. This sucks. 90% of my shopping is dun on line and this is my frist time to encounter a problem. |

It has been two months since I ordered the item. I never received a tracking number, a shipping confirmation, nor the item itself. I have tried repeatedly to contact the company through email and phone. Emails get no response. Over the phone I get directed to voicemail and have never received an answer. |

The ACTIONGPS site is probably a COMPLETE FRAUD. Do not purchase from this website. I ordered 12 Garmin Rino110s = approx $2000 in May 08. Still no delivery 4 mths later!!! I have made many multiple attempts to contact them. They do not answer any emails, phone calls, voice mail or web contact form after the sale. They bill your credit card immediately, but do not deliver the goods. The address given on their invoices:- 7411 Southlake Parkway Jonesboro, GA 30236 is actually a Amoco Food Mart. Check address on Google Maps street view or search std Google web for "Amoco Food Mart 7411" They claim to be Garmin authorized dealers but are not listed on Garmin website dealers list. Same is true for Magellan and TomTom etc *****Repeat ACTIONGPS is probably a FRAUD***** DO NOT SHOP HERE |

I didn't read the reviews before I purchased from Action GPS and am mad now that I didn't. This company is horrible to deal with. Oh they took my order and money fast enough but I haven't received my GPS nor is there a tracking number listed. I have e-mailed 4 times, and called 3. Had to leave messages, no one answers the phone and no one has called me back. I better get my GPS or my money back because I will fight this company tooth and nail!!! |

PEOPLE WAKE UP!!! ActionGps.com is a SCAM!!! I have been ripped off with $232.85 for a Garmin Nuvi 260W refurbished. I think they write their own 4 and 5 star reviews. I have read of LOTS of people being ripped off by this "company". Make your complaints to Consumer Protection at the FTC's website at this address: https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/ it's an easy step by step assistant form easy to follow and you can complete it in around 7 minutes. Let's make the Feds close it once and for all!. |

I have ordered a GPS from Actiongps and have yet to receive anything other than the invoice and a withdrawal from my account. It's been 8 days so far. I've left several messages and emails but no one returns my calls. If they would just spend some time delivery their products as quickyl as they took my money I'd purchase more from them but as it is I'm after that I'd have to warn people not to deal with them. |

I ordered gps on priority shipping on 31st August which said I woud get it in 2 days. I am still waiting. There is no response. Credit card was promptly charged. I called over 40 times, left over 20 voicemails, wrote over 30 emails. No response at all. I am a customer in US. I see that these guys have managed to maintain a good record with ebay. They are responding to all ebay queries 5 to 6 times a day. I reported to ebay about them. If you had ordered the same product on action-gps through ebay, they would've promptly delivered it. Never ever ever buy from them. I am not keeping quiet till I get my money back. They also falsely claim to be authorized dealers of garmin and magellan etc.. If you get on to websites of Garmin, magellan, they are nowhere listed under their authorized dealers. |

I bought 3 gps in 1000 dolars, I paid $ 30 for a shipping express but you don?t send me the devices. So, I wrote you all the time, but Nobody answer me. I think that ActionGPS store robbed me my money. |
