My experience with Active Beauty has been somewhat fraught at the time of, presumably, change of ownership?? It refused to accept my login details, even though these were accurate, did not reply to my emails requesting a reminder of my login and in the end I gave up and placed an order with a similar merchant with almost as good prices. I was therefore surprised to see Active Beauty "active" again. Even though initially I entered a correct password it did not accept it. However on request of a reminder of password, this was actually emailed to me and it was the same as the one I have entered but this time it went through and I was able to purchase my goods. I have to say however that it more security conscious than a bank and is a bit extreme from the point of view of the user. I am not talking about bank details, the security there is very good, but about placing an order. The security there is a bit extreme. |
