I did not get the merchandise nor a response to my email ADC-AST's Response: Harold The order was voided in authorize net on the 17th of Feb and an e-mail was sent to you stating that the item was out of stock and his charge was canceled Harold We are out of the Targus ACP60US and have refunded your money and canceled the order. Product did not work. I emailed A. Berkun, salesman, he gave me the address to return the item and said I would receive a refund. I returned the item immediately and todate have not heard one word from Mr. Berkun. I will not purchase anything from this company again. Thank you |

I ordered the wrong part, but ADC-AST was easy to work with and got me what I needed. Ordering on the web is easy but best to call them for problems. I did try emailing their site and no response. . I'd order from them again. Gary Gary |

Quick response to my on-line order and very rapid delivery. Extremely satisfied with this vendor up to this point. May have a change of heart if the drive turns out to be faulty and I have to deal with them re: a return. |

After waiting 8 days without any news about the merchandise and the UPS informing, in its page, that it was "Outofstock", I contacted ADC-AST. In spite of the fact that ADC-AST is advertising in the Internet that has the hard drive "in stock", I was informed that they didn't have it. The deal was undone. Bad practice of business. I will never buy anything again from ADC-AST. |

I received my hard drive in 7 days, in good shape. However, vendor didn't provide any UPS tracking information via e-mail, and didn't provide any phone number to contact them. Vendor also failed to reply to emails I sent to find out where the drive was. |

After 2 weeks I had not received the item or any communication from the seller. I attempted to contact the seller 3 times to inquire about the status of my order and finally. One week after my first contact attempt I received a full Paypal refund with a note saying the item was out of stock. It is now 2 weeks later and the storefront still shows a quantity of 15 of the items I ordered being in stock. |
