Will not use this vendor in the future. At time of order - vendor site showed that product was in stock - almost 2 weeks later received an email from vendor that order could not be processed due to lack of inventory. If vendor had been upfront and honest with true status of their inventory - I would have placed the order with another vendor. Please do not be fooled by low prices - go with a vendor that you have done business with in the past and can be trusted. |

Never received product. Called seller, they immediately said "I'll call you back" but they never did. I tried to resolve through PayPal Resolution services, nothing. I am out $65.00. |

Parts were defective and reaching the vendor to get a replacement was a chore. Vendor does not respond to requests via email or voicemail. If you are lucky enough to get a person on the phone you still won't get an answer unless you speak to the right person. They have no process or procedure for handling returns effectively. I will never purchase from this vendor again. |

Ordered an older DVD/CDRW drive for an exact model replacement, received different model with hand written note that it was an upgrade, I call it a substitute. E-mailed ADC-AST and they said return it. It tested well so I kept it. Mad that I did not get what I ordered but satisfied what I have now works. I probably will not purchase from here for a while. |

Item was shipped quickly, however the hard drive was a different make and model than the one I ordered. It was indicated on the invoice that the one they sent me was an "upgrade.". I called them and the sales rep confirmed that they swapped the item on purpose. The hard drive they sent me was also NOT new, it was in a re-sealed anti-static bag and there appeared to be light markings on the gold contacts (SATA interface), indicating it might have been plugged in before. Receiving a used item alone is unacceptable, but sending a different item on purpose is doubly so. I got a refund and thankfully did not have to pay for return shipping as pickup was arranged. I would not buy from ADC-AST again. |

I tryed to order a Ergotron LX wall mount, and here we are a week later, the money has been taken out, and NOTHING has shipped, nor will the company return my emails... Unreal! ADC-AST's Response: We notified you through Pricegrabber that the item was out of stock and you credit card charge was released the same day we received the order. The product was shipped very quickly and is of the highest quality. I am more than pleased with the vendor's description and shipment, but the real prize was the pcguardian ezlock product that I ordered. It is better than I expected and should provide more than adequate protection of my laptop and plotter. |
