I chose Adorama because they had the lowest price, free shipping, and the M2 was listed as "in stock", unlike most of the places I check who had listed the camera as backordered. I was kind of expecting that I would order it, and get a "I'm sorry, your item isn't in stock" email, but it never came. Instead, I got a perfect camera in the mail 2 DAYS after I had ordered it. Adorama is simply one of the best businesses I have dealt with, whether on-line, or in-person. Their inventory is superb, and shipping is always very fast, even with regular shipping chosen. I debated and wrung my hands over the decision, and had to wait until money was available but my Goodness!, -what a piece of work! It is large bulky and heavy, but worth every effort. I am taking night time shots on the streets of New Orleans without a flash and I am getting photojournalistic quality. Color, sharpness, speed are all there. Box was in near perfect-condition, and the A900 body was also nicely repacked in the box. They also took the effort to package the box in a larger box with alot of air bubble bags to ensure the unit was not damaged during shipment. Customer service was excellent, and turnaround was fast. In July, I mail-ordered a Canon Powershot G10. After receiving the camera and trying its different functions for a while, I noticed there was a speck of dust lodging inside its viewfinder. A few days later, after deciding I could not stand it blocking the view every time I take pictures, I mailed it back and asked for a replacement. You do not find out until a day later when they e-mail you the status of the order. This makes ordering items that are urgent very risky.
