I do not buy much on line so I can not really compare your service against others, but I was satisfied with your service. Advanced Image Media's Response: We gave him a complimentary shipping upgrade and got his item to him twice as fast as he paid for. He said he was `satisfied” with the service and then gave us just a neutral rating. Some people are just plain hard to please! |

Words cannot describe how angry I am, I desperately needed a package on time. I paid for express shipping (19.85$) on my package to get it delivered next day, only to find out that AIM mailed it at only USPS Priority, stealing 12$ from me and causing me to get my package 4 days later. Advanced Image Media's Response: We expedited your order to the front of the line processing & shipping your order within 3 hours of receipt on the same day!. We mailed your order Priority Mail (2-3 days) because you missed the 3:00 PM Express Mail (1-2 days) cutoff for the day, but not the 5:30 PM Priority Mail cutoff. If we sent it Express, it would have sat in the Post Office for 22hrs. This way it was on its way to you the same day you ordered it and you will still receive it on the same day. We have refunded your $12! |

This merchant has responded to my previous comments and
messages and has resolved a damaged shipment issue completely to my satisfaction. I therefore rescind my previous negative rating and would rate this merchant a 5!
Advanced Image Media's Response: We're sorry you experienced a problem with one of the Logitech ClickSmart 420's you ordered. We have sold hundreds of these without a problem to date. Each camera is individually boxed by Logitech. As you noticed, the lens covers and straps are plastic wrapped separately. We responded to your concern with Return Merchandise Instructions the same day you eMailed us. Just send the camera back and we will replace it or refund your purchase price right away. |
