I called and e-mailed them and I never received a return call. The ad for the product said I had a 1 year warrant.That was not the case. I never received a confirmation eMail from the Seller following the sale, and that really bothered me. I tried contacting the seller many times with no success, but did receive an automated reply. In the back of my mind, before I received the Laptop, I was thinking I had gotten taken, but it turned out for the good.	Overall Rating

In the drop down info below this read it was to be 1.7Ghz, and on the shipping page it read it was to be 1.6Ghz. So I didn't know what I was going to get. This order was placed on 8/02/08 and the payment was considered complete on that day. Why did it take from 8/02 to 8/13 for it to start the shipping process? It seems to me that this order was forgotten until I placed a call to you on 8/13 to inquire about this order. I am not pleased and will not use this particular merchant again.	Overall Rating

I was promised 512 MB but in reality it was only 384 MB. It may have been an acceptable mistake. but it got compounded by total non responsiveness on behalf of the seller. I have tried to contact them twice through this site but to no avail. The seller has responded now and also send the additional RAM. Now the hard disk has crashed and it has not been 20 days since I have this laptop. The seller has promised to replace the laptop. Let me hope for the best. advantagesales's Response: horrible buyer.
