I have emailed them twice for technical service and have no reply. Unacceptable. I have been exchanging messages with the manufacturer, Sitecom, who also provide no backup. They simply say "ours works" and give zero support. I will avoid this vendor and manufacturer. |

I ordered a Be Quiet PSU on reccomendation from this company. The PSU arrived in a little over 4 days as I ordered the product on a thursday and went for the standard delivery. The service was quick and the product was well packaged and arrived in good condition. Overall I was extremely pleased with the purchase and I would strongly recommend afterhours to anyone else. I will be sending more of my money to them again soon. |

Easy and quick...a minus that it is not possible to deliver to another adress on the first delivery though - it would save a lot of hassle, since most people work on working hours, hence the expression... ;) In the end, after three failed deliveries to my home address, they called me up and I could get the product delivered to my work address. |

i AM STILL WAITING FOR 2 SCArt leads. my credit card was charged before christmas but product was not delivered until the 3rd january. I was expecting delivery before christmas and we were very disappointed we did not receive the tv. However, the product now received is working very well due to using scart leads from our other tv. I would add that i am pleased with the television. Retailer Response (01/07/2008): This issue has now been resolved with our customer. A mistake on our part meant the free HDMI cable that was on offer with this LCD TV was not shipped. We apologise to this customer and have now rectified this order. With regards to the delivery time, unfortunately this order missed our christmas shipping dates and was processed and shipped for next day delivery when we re-opened in the new year. |

Nice, straightforward site - easy to use and navigate. Don't do what the others do and change it around just 'cos you can! Small changes at a time, let the punters get used to them! |

2 problems, there is not a strait forward way to ship to an address other than my own. I had to contact customer services to find out how to do it at all and there was really no point, I could have just been told on the website somewhere. Second point, first time round on the website I couldn't see where the expected shipping cost was. I spotted it on my second trip to the website, but AfterHours should consider putting the shipping cost somewhere more noticeable like in the shopping cart list on the right of the webpage. Apart from that everything went fairly smoothly (haven't received my product yet though, so can't tell you about that. |
