Product was NOT new - it was an open box return that was shipped out to me, missing hardware, screws left rattling around in box, product had several scratches and dents. NOT A GOOD SELLER! |

I had been recently scammed while making an internet purchase, so I am now very cautious. Even after reading positive customer reviews about RAC, I was still concerned. To recap, I made my purchase from RAC and was glad I did. I purchased my Weber Q100 grill at the best price with no shipping charge and received it in 3 days. I wanted to return the product but that is not acceptable to them. It is worth spending a few extra dollars and buying from somebody that will take a return over an unhappy customer. |

Product was in stock, recommend you contact them via email, PRIOR to ordering to determine if unit you want is in stock. Product shipped and was on my doorstep within 3 days. Unexpected and quite pleased with shipping arrangments. Only fault I found was inside of box, it was missing two end foam shipping blocks, but unit was undamaged so evidently was not critical. |

Great Customer service. Order was placed late Wednesday night and was shipped the next day. Received E-mail order was received. Another E-mail to say order was shipped. Order should have been delivered Friday but Snow storm prevented Fed Ex from making deliveries. Great transaction. Will order again from this merchant. |

I watched item for 3 weeks and inventory level of 47 never changed. Placed order, few minutes later order cancelled due to item being out of stock. Mysteriously some one bought them all a couple of days earlier. Best bet is to email ahead of time for actual stock level. Often uses excuse of inventory is updated every two days... |
