This is how business should be done on the internet. When I asked a question, I got a quick response. I ordered a product, quickly realized I didn't need it (before it was shipped), and they immediately refunded my money with no hassle. I forgot that business could be done this way. This is a rare company that I will be doing more business with in the future. |

The refurb HP OfficeJet 7210 (not HP, but RAC performed) I ordered had a paper feed problem and I returned to RAC on their dime. Funny enough, shipment shook whatever was blocking the mechansim, and it worked fine when it was returned. RAC shipped me replacement which had a jammed scanning mechanism. This time I was told I had to return it on my dime. I did so, got a refund on the unit cost and I ordered new from Amazon. |

There was confusion at the first part of this transaction. Raceenterprise didn't state that they won't mail to a different address than the credit card address and conacelled the order. I then had to reorder and then had that order temprairly cancelled, because of a slow PayPal response. I then called PriceGrabber and was on hold for over 11 minutes, to try to get the original problem resolved. I then had to make more four phone calls and four emails to get back on track. Using PayPal, I am now getting bogus emails addressing me as "Pal Pal customer". Could I recommend that there be a listing of an "msbudsman" position to serve as a problem solver between senders and buyers, if there isn't a phone number to directly communicate with the seller. I am giving the expereince a 3 because I got what I was promised and it has functioned well, but the process was less than enjoyable. Could I recommend |

very good with customer service. they did not want to ship to me because my address was different then my credit card address. they were fast to email me notifing that they couldnt do it because of security reasons. I then called them to let them know im at college and they sent the order out that day. Thanks BP |
